WorldSkills is an international non-profit movement whose main goal is to increase the prestige of working professions and the development of mastery skills. The project ensures the formation of the highest level of world professional standards for working specialties in the field of industry and service. Students of the Institution "Technological College of Semey" annually take part in regional, regional WorldSkills championships.
IV Regional Championship WorldSkills Shygys - 2019
IV Regional Championship WorldSkills Shygys - 2019 was held from 13 to 17 May 2019 in 43 skills in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The participants were evaluated by a professional jury from among the leading specialists of the enterprises of the region. Competitions in professional skills brought together about 270 young professionals from all over the region.
A student of the Institution "Technological College of the City of Semey" Camilla Nukenova, studying in the specialty "Hairdressing and decorative cosmetics" won the 3rd place in the IV Regional Championship WorldSkills Shygys - 2019
